Terms and Conditions
General – By registering on Veteransjoblink.com you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. This contract supersedes all terms and conditions and any previous agreements between Veteransjoblink.com and the User/Registrant. All contents of postings and advertisements are subject to the approval of Veteransjoblink.com. Veteransjoblink.com reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertisement, job posting or URL link, at any time, for any reason. Each User is defined as one unique User with one unique password. Each password is for the sole use of the registered User of Veteransjoblink.com and is not transferable.
Veteransjoblink.com is an Internet job posting service. We work with all legitimate job openings and reserve the right to delete job openings that conflict with higher ethical standards.

By registering, Veteransjoblink.com requires you to establish an active membership subscription. You agree to receive e-mail messages from us directly. Veteransjoblink.com will enable our members the opportunity to easily opt out of our e-mail notifications.
Veteransjoblink.com authorizes Users to view and access a single copy of the content available on or from Veteransjoblink.com solely for their personal use.

The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly) of all content on the Veteransjoblink.com Sites is the exclusive property of 5 Star Recruitment, Inc. and is protected by United States and foreign copyright, trademark, and other laws. Term and Termination - Postings and advertisements will automatically expire at the end of the subscription term and Users will be sent notification via email prior. Users can log into their account and renew their membership or posting for at least 30 days after expiration.
Payment – All payments must be received prior to Veteransjoblink.com granting the Registrant any Site privileges. Credit Cards, Corporate Checks and Money Orders are accepted for payment. Any Registrant whose payment is not honored will be immediately suspended from the Site and a 20% service fee will be added to the amount due.
Changes and Cancellations – Either Veteransjoblink.com or the Registrant may cancel this agreement at any time by calling or emailing Veteransjoblink.com through the “Contact Us” section of the Web Site. If Registrant cancels any membership within 3 business days from date of purchase, Veteransjoblink.com will provide a full refund. If however, a Registrant cancels any membership thereafter, the Registrant will not be entitled to any refund of fees.
Limitation of Liability – Any failure, interruption, or delay in service to the Site under this agreement, either in whole or in part, resulting from technical difficulties or mechanical failure of computer equipment or internet service, or from strikes, labor disputes, war or national emergencies, governmental restrictions, acts of God, or from any other cause beyond the control of Veteransjoblink.com, shall not constitute a breach of this agreement. Any damages sustained by User as a result of Veteransjoblink.com breach of this agreement shall be limited to an amount equal to the monies paid by User to Veteransjoblink.com during the billing period in which the incident occurred.
Veteransjoblink.com makes no representations or guarantees regarding the truthfulness, accuracy, completeness, timeliness or reliability of any documents posted by Users, or of any other form of communication engaged in by Users. Documents may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. You agree that any reliance on Documents posted by Users, or on any other form of communication with Users, will be at your own risk.
Miscellaneous – Veteransjoblink.com makes no representations or guarantees regarding the Content of the Site, including, but not limited to, broken links, inaccuracies or typographical errors.
You understand that Users make the choice to respond to your postings and may, at their sole discretion, provide you with their contact information and other data. While Veteransjoblink.com endeavors to provide the most accurate, up to date information, the self-reporting User data may contain inaccuracies or errors and may be changed or updated without notice; we do not verify job seeker or employer data and will not be liable for any such inaccuracies, errors or updates. In preparing and submitting advertisements or job postings to Veteransjoblink.com you will abide by all applicable laws, rules, and regulations regarding truth in advertising and equal opportunity laws. You will not use the service to commit a crime, libel, slander, or infringe upon the rights of any third party.
You understand and agree that Veteransjoblink.com has not undertaken to act as your agent or representative in dealing with any job seeker and will not be your advocate or agent in any way. You are responsible for negotiating all interviews and financial arrangements directly with the job seeker.
Veteransjoblink.com is not an employment agency or a recruiting firm, and makes no representations or guarantees regarding the effectiveness or timeliness of the Site in meeting the employment objectives of Users. Veteransjoblink.com does not guarantee that documents posted by Users will result in Candidates being hired or positions being filled, and is not responsible for any employment decisions, for whatever reason made, made by any User.
Security - Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Site, including, without limitation: (i) accessing data not intended for such User or logging into a server or account which the User is not authorized to access; (ii) attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization; (iii) attempting to interfere with service to any User, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to the Site, overloading, "flooding", "mailbombing" or "crashing"; (iv) sending unsolicited e-mail, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services; (v) forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability.
Violation of these Security Rules may result in civil or criminal liability. Veteransjoblink.com will investigate occurrences which may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting Users who are involved in such violations.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of California: both parties expressly agree to be subject to the jurisdiction of California courts. No conditions other than those set forth herein shall be binding on Veteransjoblink.com unless specifically agreed to in writing by Veteransjoblink.com.
